Mix 3 tablespoons of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of 3% food-grade peroxide, and a little hot water to create a paste-like consistency. Then use an organic cotton swab to apply the mixture to all the nails on one hand, then the other. Leave on for 3-5 minutes. Then wash clean.
