Benefits of the Clear Skin Almond Ginger Smoothie
Bananas contain fiber, Vitamin B6, and potassium. They support kidney, bone, and cardiovascular health.
Ginger is perfect for soothing your digestive tract and is highly anti-inflammatory, which aids in maintaining blemish-free skin. It also supports the immune system and provides anti-viral benefits, making it a great food to include during winter months.
Almond butter supports skin health thanks to Vitamin E and various minerals. Almonds may help curb hunger and support weight loss.
Hemp seeds contain anti-inflammatory omega 3 fatty acids which help reduce and prevent bumps. They provide an easily digestible, complete plant-based protein, and pack nutrients needed for clear skin, energy, and optimal thyroid health.
