Coated silver can chemically combine with iodine to form a salt (silver iodide), so please take iodine at a separate time, at least 2 hours apart.
For a spray bottle: 6 drops of coated silver in 6 oz of spring water. For humidifiers, diffusers or nebulizers: one drop to 8-16 oz of distilled or reverse osmosis water. Use the purest water you can access.
