Spiced Sweet Potato Cubes
Ingredients
1 sweet potato (15 oz or 425 g), chopped small into 1 cm cubes
1 tsp. avocado oil or olive oil
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. cayenne powder
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (218 degrees Celsius).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with the oil and spices. Lay out on the baking sheet in a flat layer. Roast for 30 minutes until cubes are just starting to brown.
