The Synergy B12 Ingredients include an American-made Synergistic Blend of:

• Methylcobalamine and Adenoslycobalamin: These are the most bio-available and absorbable of the four types of vitamin B-12. Vitamin B-12 is a vital nutrient that supports red blood cell production, proper neurological function, enhanced mood and memory, and heart, and bone health. 
• Fulvic Minerals (Shilajit): Containing the highest ionic trace mineral that are both electrically-charged and small enough to pass through a cell wall. Fulvic minerals are, in essence, powerful natural electrolytes. Beneficial for displacing toxins from the cell and replacing them with oxygen and trace minerals.
• L- Methylfolate (folate): The most bio-available form of vitamin B9 needed for the: development of new tissue, production of red and white blood cells in bone marrow, conversion of carbohydrates into energy and production of DNA and RNA. Extremely important in periods of rapid growth such as pregnancy, infancy and adolescence. Also, a critically important vitamin form for those who carry a mutation in the MTHFR gene. A discussion has been going on for years in certain circles within the natural health community that many common forms of B9 are inactivate or even toxic and this is why we selected methylated folate. Methyl groups or CH3 groups make substances they are attached to (like folate) more bio-available or biologically useful.
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL)
• Purified Water: triple-distilled water is the most neutral carrier in the formula. More gentle than alcohol and appropriate for everyone.
• Potassium Bicarbonate: alkalizer and driver of vitamin C and the B vitamins in this formula.
• Phosphatidylcholine (PC): sourced from Non-GMO sunflower oil; PC is the primary lipid that cell membranes are composed of, making it one of the most effective ways to nourish cell membranes and to deliver nutrients. The micelle technology used in this product utilizes phosphatidylcholine (PC). This is the most advanced nutrient delivery system today, guaranteeing nutrients make it into the cell. Also, sunflower oil is rich in vitamin E and makes a great carrier and stabilizer.
• Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol): a richly bio-available form of vitamin E. And assists in neutralizing endogenous free radicals.
• Organic Wild Berry Essential Oil: Incredible flavor and fits the gel quality of the product.
• Monk Fruit Extract: An excellent pre-biotic and sweetener alternative with zero grams of sugar or carbohydrates.
• Acacia Gum: A natural gum consisting of hardened sap from acacia trees.
• Non-GMO citric acid: This material is used to preserve freshness and guarantee stability. Our citric acid is derived from Non-GMO yeast (not from a vegetable or corn) via fermentation. The yeast is fermented using vitamins, minerals and molasses or leguminous crops, as an example.
