The Protocol

For Beginners
Take RUG with food.
Week 1: Take 1 capsule each day.
Week 2: Take 2 capsules each day.
Week 3: Take 3 capsules each day.
Week 4: Take 4 to 6 capsules each day, split into two doses, on the fourth week and each week thereafter until you stop.
Intermediate & Advanced
Take RUG with food twice a day. When taking more than one capsule, split the dosage into two doses.
Week 1 - Days 1 & 2: 1-2 capsules.
Days 3 & 4: 3-4 capsules.
Days 5 & 6: 5-6 capsules.
Week 2 and on: Take 6-10 capsules daily with food, split into two doses. In general, women take a maximum of 6 capsules per day, and men take a maximum of 10 capsules per day.
Months 1 To 3
Intended for use over a 1-3 month period. Generally, taking RUG for a month straight is a good place to start. If you notice any release of Unwanted Guests, continue the product for another 2 to 3 months, as needed.
4 Times A Year
David Wolfe uses RUG 4 months a year (1 month each season) to maintain an Unwanted Guest-Free environment. Pick your month and make it a ritual.
Remember to stay hydrated while using RUG, and monitor bowel function to maintain 2-3 movements each day. Be sure to eat fiber-rich plant food such as fruits and especially vegetables when taking RUG. If you feel nauseous or lethargic after taking RUG, reduce dosage or discontinue use.

Start slow. Day one: 1 to 2 capsules. Day two: 3 to 4. Day three: 5 to 6. From there, men work up to 8 to 10 capsules a day and women up to 6, split between morning and evening and taken with food.
