  • The average dose for an adult is 0.5 grams per day. If necessary, the dosage may be increased to 1 gram per day or more. 
  • Take Pürblack Live Resin in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal absorption and benefits. Take once or twice per day.
  • For children the dose can be as low as 0.1 to 0.25 grams per day. Adjust the dose according to the body weight and health condition of your child.
