How the Product is Made

Our giant organic Sacha Inchi seeds are cold-pressed into a seed cake. This seed cake is gently extruded, dehydrated and milled into a fine powder.

With a fine texture and nutty flavor, Sacha Inchi protein powder is a grain free, easily digested, complete plant protein with all nine essential amino acids. Nothing else is added to our product: no stevia or any other kind of faux sweetener.

Our sacha inchi protein powder is certified organic, kosher, Non-GMO Project verified, naturally gluten-free, paleo, vegan and gluten-free.
