What an incredible week it has been. Being surrounded by ancient history in Greece, watching the golden Mediterranean sunrise, has been a beautiful reminder of the incredible intelligence of Nature and our own bodies. Stepping into Day 9 of my water fast has unlocked a profound layer of clarity, peace, and pure hypersynchronicity.
